Many organisations should be proud of what they’ve been able to achieve, and the speed in which they have been able to adapt, during the COVID-19 crisis. Many of the hurdles that seemed too large six months ago have been overcome – or at least, managed.

But while success should be celebrated, we still have a significant way to go until we have fully ‘recovered’ or moved past this crisis. We are now in a particularly a high-risk time for organisations – a feeling of complacency can easily start to move in. While it might not sound serious, it can affect forward planning, minimising the effort or tactics required to maintain momentum, and leaving businesses with a reduced ability to continue adapting to changes and meeting needs and objectives

In this webinar, we’ll take a look at relying on what’s working now to guide your next move, the signs you may be becoming complacent, and the actions you can take to create a plan to ensure you continue to meet your objectives and your customers’ needs.
The session will cover:

  • How complacency can negatively affect your forward planning
  • The different forms complacency, and how to spot them before they become a problem
  • How to ensure your momentum is maintained
  • What mechanisms to put in place to create a forward-looking plan
